These terms apply to teaspoon-edh.com and to catering requests made through it with Teaspoon El Dorado Hills (operated by Trantingco LLC, "we," "us"). By using the site or sending a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Requests are not bookings
Sending the catering form is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed only after we contact you to confirm availability, the final price and payment. We may decline a request, for example if we are fully booked for your date.
Prices and holiday offers
- Totals shown on the site are estimates. We will confirm your final price before your order is booked.
- Holiday package pricing is valid for events through January 15, 2027, for catering and events only, and only at Teaspoon El Dorado Hills. It cannot be combined with other offers.
- Delivery and on-site service may carry extra fees, which we will tell you before you confirm.
- Offers, menu items and prices may change, and are subject to availability.
Payment, changes and cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, and how late you can change or cancel an order are agreed with you when we confirm your order.
Allergies and dietary needs
Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you send your request. Our drinks and food are made in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens. Boba pearls and jelly toppings can be a choking hazard for young children.
On-site service and bar service
- For on-site service, you are responsible for giving us safe access to the venue and the space we agree on, at the agreed time.
- 21+ bar service is only for guests 21 and older. We may ask for ID and may refuse service to anyone.
Marketing messages
We send specials and news by email or text only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Using this website
- Please give accurate information and use the site only for real requests.
- The Teaspoon name, logos and photos belong to their owners and may not be copied without permission.
- The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. The version in place when you send a request applies to that request.
